Tottenham Hotspur players were given a huge reception by South Korean fans as they arrived for their pre season tour, with Son Heung-min at arrivals to welcome them, as you can see in the video below:

It’s no surprise that Son is hugely popular in his home country, the forward is the captain of the national team and a world class export from South Korea.

So of course, when Tottenham landed in Asia for their pre season tour, they were met with an extremely loud reception by fans at Seoul airport.

Son was actually in place before his teammates came through the arrivals, holding a sign welcoming his teammates to Korea, although he wasn’t driving the limo to the hotel.

Tottenham begin their preparations for next season, when they’ll be back in the Champions League, with a game against Team K League on Wednesday, before playing Sevilla next Saturday.

He ended the previous campaign as the Premier League’s joint top goalscorer, sharing the golden boot award with Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah.

The former Bayer Leverkusen forward might have won it on his own, if it wasn’t for Dejan Kulusevski’s muddled thinking on the last day of the season.

Whilst Lo Celso and Ndombele spent the end of last season on loan, and Winks is also expected to leave this summer, Reguilon’s exclusion is more surprising.

The left back only joined from Real Madrid last summer and quickly became a fan favourite at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
