Incredible pitchside footage of Casemiro, Fred and Raphael Varane going into the Stretford End to celebrate with their fans is what football is all about.
Erik ten Hag’s side picked up their biggest win of the season so far on Saturday as second-half goals from Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford sealed all three points at a bouncing Old Trafford.
Jack Grealish opened the scoring for reigning champions City, who looked dangerous in spells.

The summer additions of Casemiro, Lisandro Martinez and Christian Eriksen has also raised spirits – and standards – amongst the wider group.
But perhaps most importantly, the relationship between player and fan has never been stronger in recent times.
Take the celebrations after Rashford’s winner against City, for example. Rather than celebrate as a squad, a number of players – including Casemiro and Fred – broke away from the pack to interact with fans.
Even if you’re not a United supporter, this is a really great watch.
It was another confidence-building win for United, but manager Erik ten Hag is not getting carried away just yet.
“The fans may dream but we’re not,” he said after the full-time whistle. “We have to keep our feet on the ground and then face that our game has a lot to improve.
“It can’t happen that after half-time we lose so much control of the game, for instance, and then getting down is unnecessary.
“When we do the right things, when we follow the right rules, when we step up at the back in earlier moments we can control such moments and do the same as the first half.
“But it’s also top football, the small details have a big impact and we have to keep working on that and keep investing in that.
“We improved, that’s obvious. Still a long way to go, a long path to go, a lot of aspects in our game we have to improve but we’re progressing, that’s quite obvious.”
