Roberto de Zerbi’s side have no interest in selling the Ecuadorian, even though he clearly wants to join Trossard at the Emirates Stadium.
According to football.london, Arsenal have felt they needed to make it clear to the Seagulls that they had nothing to do with the social media post.
Clearly wanting to make sure the relationship stays good with the would be sellers, the Gunners let them know the player was acting on his own.

Whilst he may be hell bent on leaving, and it’s understandable considering his current wages and the chance to win the league, Brighton are said to be holding out for close to £100 million and have no need to sell him.
